The NF Series, including the NF-4026 and NF-4033 models, is a specialized bridge-type 5-face CNC milling machining center designed for high efficiency and precision on large components. Its foundational structure features a high-rigidity box base and a column assembly with a cross-section square beam, which ensures the head’s centroid is near the beam center to guarantee exceptional heavy cutting ability and thermal stability. The machine utilizes a highly accurate guide system, combining linear guideways on the X and Y axes with a traditional, high-damping Z-axis box way. The largest of these models, the NF-4033, offers a substantial work area with a 4-000 mm by 2-450 mm table and an impressive maximum load capacity of 16-000 kg. Travel dimensions are 4-100 mm in the X-axis and up to 3-300 mm in the Y-axis.

This machining center is built to excel at complex, multi-axis work such as mold surface cutting, angle cutting, 3D mold cutting, and precise contour finishing. Its most crucial feature is the capability for fully automatic 5-face machining, enabled by an auto head change system that can rapidly swap between accessories like a 90-degree head, extension head, or universal head. It also supports a dedicated vertical and horizontal auto tool change for the 90-degree head. Standard positioning accuracy can reach plus-minus 0-005-300 mm as per JIS B6333.
