The NF Series, represented by the high-efficiency models NF-8023 and NF-8030, is a bridge-type, double-column machining center engineered to deliver fully automatic 5-face machining for exceptionally large parts. The machine is founded on a high-rigidity box base and incorporates a cross-section square beam design that minimizes vibration by positioning the head’s centroid close to the beam center, ensuring maximum heavy cutting ability. These models offer an extensive working envelope with an impressive 8-100 mm X-axis travel over an 8-000 mm by 2-050 mm table that supports a maximum load of 24-000 kg. Y-axis travel is available at 2-300 mm or 3-000 mm. The machine achieves high accuracy with a hybrid guideway system- featuring linear guideways on X-Y and a box way on Z– resulting in a positioning accuracy of up to plus-minus 0-005-300 mm. Standard spindle options include a 4-000 RPM 2-step geared spindle, with optional upgrades to 6-000 RPM or 10-000 RPM direct-driven types. Key high-efficiency features include fully automatic 5-face machining capacity via an auto head change system that accommodates 90-degree, extension, and universal heads, along with dedicated vertical and horizontal auto tool change for the 90-degree head.
