The machine’s superior rigidity comes from a high-rigidity box base and an optimized structure featuring a cross-section square beam, which positions the head’s centroid close to the beam center for exceptional heavy cutting ability. These models boast a massive working envelope with 8-100 mm of travel in the X-axis and a choice of 2-600 mm or 3-300 mm in the Y-axis. The enormous 8-000 mm by 2-450 mm table supports workpieces up to 24-000 kg. Precision is ensured with linear guideways and a Z-axis box way, achieving a positioning accuracy of plus-minus 0-005 – 300 mm.
