The Dynamill Gantry Milling Machine is engineered for high dynamics and accuracy on large-scale components, functioning as a Universal Machining center with a unique moving crossbeam design. Longitudinal and cross movements are handled by a high-speed rack and pinion system, supported by liquid-cooled motors on all axes. The machine accommodates an impressive work area, with travel starting at 4550 mm in X and up to 4000 mm in Y and 2500 mm in Z, while supporting a massive 15,000 kg per square meter table load on the floor plate.

The main spindle offers powerful performance with 60 kW of drive power and 600 Nm of torque. Versatility is key, with multiple milling head options available- including a mechanical head capable of 1000 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm for heavy roughing, and a high-speed 5-axis fork-type head reaching 24000 rpm for super-finishing. The machine is completely guarded and comes with advanced numerical controls from either Heidenhain (TNC 640 HSCI) or Siemens (Sinumerik ONE), making it ideal for demanding applications in aerospace, mold and die manufacturing, and styling centers.
