The machine’s stationary table measures an impressive 196-8 inches by 110-2 inches (5,000 mm x 2,800 mm), capable of supporting an area load of 1,680 lb per square foot. The moving gantry provides expansive axis travel, featuring 196-8 inches in the X-axis (5,000 mm) and 118 inches in the Y-axis (3,000 mm). The Z-axis offers a standard travel of 39-4 inches (1,000 mm) with options to increase to 55-2 inches (1,400 mm) for taller parts.

The MG530 provides versatile spindle options to handle diverse materials. For high-strength ferrous alloys, the machine can be equipped with a high-torque CAT50 gearbox spindle capable of delivering up to 1,115 ft-lb of torque at 5,000 RPM. High-speed options are available, reaching 20,000 RPM for efficient non-ferrous machining. With rapid feed rates up to 708 inches per minute and options for additional heads to facilitate five-face machining capabilities, the MG530 combines massive capacity with the speed and flexibility required for modern manufacturing environments.
