The SB316 is highly versatile, offering multiple spindle configurations for optimal performance across various materials- ferrous, non-ferrous, and high-temp alloys. For heavy material removal, a CAT50 geared spindle is available, delivering up to 1,115 ft-lb of torque at 5,000 RPM. High-speed machining needs can be met with options up to a 20,000 RPM spindle. All axes feature impressive rapid feed rates of 945 inches per minute (24 m/min).
