The spindle is a high-precision cartridge-type supported by preloaded angular contact ball bearings for highly accurate performance.

This automatic machine is equipped with a hydraulic-driven longitudinal table movement and a servo motor-driven crossfeed. For vertical positioning, it includes a Rapid Up-Down Head Positioning Motor. The table rests on precision hand-scraped V and Flat ways coated with Turcite-B, and the saddle rests on hand-scraped double V-ways. An Auto Lubrication System is standard, ensuring smooth operation and excellent wear resistance.
