This patented technology uses a combination of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic principles to eliminate metal-to-metal contact within the wheel spindle bearing, guaranteeing high rotational accuracy of 0.016 microns and long-term machine stability.

A key innovation is the Dual Center Drive system, which drives the workpiece using the frictional force of the centers on either side.⁴ This eliminates the need for a driving dog, making it possible to grind all steps and surfaces of a part in a single setup without leaving unground sections.
