The e500G is designed to deliver the fastest cycle time and achieve the smallest space utilization in its class while ensuring stable grinding accuracy. This compact series is ideal for high-throughput production lines.

At the core of its precision is the rigid and accurate TOYODA STAT BEARING, a patented hybrid of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic technology that prevents metal-to-metal contact and ensures long-term machining accuracy by eliminating bearing wear.

The grinder features a Dual Center Drive system that drives the workpiece using friction from both centers, completely eliminating the need for a driving dog. This key feature allows for all-step grinding of the outside diameter without requiring setup changeovers or leaving unground areas, greatly improving productivity. The machine also supports high-speed operation, with a standard wheel surface speed of 8860 SFPM (45 meters per second) and optional speeds up to 11800 SFPM (60 meters per second) or 15750 SFPM (80 meters per second) for CBN wheels.

It is simple to operate and is offered in both straight (e500GP) and angular (e500GA) head configurations.
