The Okamoto ACC-DXNC Series COLUMN is a line of CNC Column Type Surface Grinders specifically engineered for the high-precision, 2-axis simultaneous grinding of large components.

These machines are the preferred choice for high-accuracy and high-production grinding applications, owing to their heavy-duty design, rigid construction, powerful software, and long-term reliability.

The robust design features a fully supported table and a high-rigidity traveling column. The table utilizes Vee and Flat ways to ensure true tracking and superior support for heavy table loads.

The ACC-DXNC Series offers a choice of versatile grinding patterns—including plunge, bias feed, or step feed—with a total of six versatile patterns available. It supports high-accuracy flat and form grinding, complete with programmable dressing and dress compensation. Operators can input grinding increments as fine as 0.00001 inch. Operation is made simple through user-friendly conversational programming and a servo-driven vertical feed.

The series includes 15 sizes, with table working areas ranging from 20 inches by 48 inches up to 32 inches by 120 inches. Grinding is powered by a standard 20-horsepower wheel spindle motor, with an option for a 30-horsepower motor.
