• Expanded Work Envelope: Features exceptional modularity with a massive travel area, including an X-axis (longitudinal) starting at 6000 mm and a significantly expanded Z-axis (vertical) travel of 4000 mm up to 5000 mm. The Y-axis (cross) travel is also substantial, ranging from 1600 mm to 1850 mm.
• High Rigidity Structure: Utilizes a Universal Machining Centre with a cross axis and moving column in a “box-in-box” design to ensure superior stability and rigidity, especially over its long travel paths.
• Patented Accuracy System: Includes the WONDER B.R.A. BALANCING RAM ASSET, a patented electromechanical device that automatically counterbalances the ram drop. This system is controlled by the CNC, improving geometric accuracy, straightness, and parallelism during vertical and cross axis movements.
• Powerful Spindle Options: Equipped with a powerful main spindle motor of 52 kW. It supports various milling heads, including 3+2 and 5-axis continuous heads with up to 38 kW / 1000 Nm / 6000 rpm or high-speed spindles with up to 38 kW / 12000 min⁻¹.
• Heavy Load Capacity: The work area can handle an extreme maximum table load of 15000 kg/m².
• Efficiency: Maintains high work dynamics with rapid motion and work feed rates up to 25 m/min in all axes.
