The HYPERTURN 110 is a robust and flexible CNC turning center built by EMCO- designed to maximize productivity through its multi-functional capabilities. This machine is constructed around a configuration of two spindles and two tool turrets– allowing for simultaneous and balanced machining to significantly reduce cycle times. The machine features powerful main and counter spindles with an A2-11 nose- capable of speeds up to 2500 rpm and delivering a substantial max torque of 2480 Nm on the main spindle and 1040 Nm on the counter spindle. This power ensures effective machining of large workpieces with a maximum turning diameter of 710 mm and a distance between centers up to 2300 mm.

Standard equipment includes two 12-cavity tool turrets utilizing the VDI 40 quick-change system, with all 12 positions supporting driven tools for milling and drilling operations. For increased performance in complex mill-turn parts, the HYPERTURN 110 offers an optional BMT turret with water-cooled direct drive– achieving up to 6000 rpm for optimal high-speed milling. The machine is available in versions like the Hyperturn 110 SM2Y, which adds a Y-axis to the tool turrets- further enhancing its ability to machine complex contours.
