The HYPERTURN 50 is a versatile and compact CNC Turn-Mill Center that represents the pinnacle of multi-tasking technology from EMCO. Manufactured in the Heart of Europe, it is engineered for the high-precision production of components across various industries, including general machinery, medical technology, and high-precision areas. The machine is built around its core capacity for complete machining in a single clamping cycle, significantly reducing cycle times and handling errors. Key to its performance are the two highly dynamic work spindles (main spindle up to 7000 rpm and 15-18 kW power) and a configuration of two tool turrets (VDI25 / BMT45P size), each with 12 or 16 positions for both static and driven tools (up to 12000 rpm). This powerful setup enables complex turning, milling, and drilling operations simultaneously.

A major highlight is the integration of a stable Y-axis with 80 mm travel in the upper slide system, which is essential for off-center milling and complex contouring. The HYPERTURN 50 ensures maximum operational efficiency with rapid motion speeds up to 45 m/min in the Z-axis and is designed for automation, supporting options like the EMCO bar or swing loader. Control is managed via the latest systems, including Sinumerik ONE or Fanuc 31i-B Plus with a 22-inch Multi-Touch panel and the standard EMCONNECT – Digital Process Assistant, facilitating user-friendly dialog control and simplified management of digital production data. The machine can process bar diameters up to 51 mm (65 mm optional) and a maximum turning diameter of 300 mm, all within compact dimensions.
