The HYPERTURN 95 is a powerful addition to the EMCO HYPERTURN Series, engineered as a CNC turning center with a main and counter spindle for highly efficient, complete machining operations. It is built with a generous work area and a sturdy design to handle a larger part spectrum, boasting a maximum turning diameter of 710 mm and the ability to machine parts between centers up to 2300 mm long.

The machine’s core strength lies in its dual-spindle, dual-turret configuration. Both the main and counter spindles deliver a max speed of 3500 rpm and a powerful 33 kW drive with 800 Nm of torque. Both tool turrets feature 12 positions with 12 driven tools each, capable of 4000 rpm and 10.5 kW of power. The inclusion of a stable and accurate C-axis on both spindles is standard, enabling contour-precise milling and advanced mill-turn capabilities.

For enhanced complexity, the machine can be configured in versions like the Hyperturn 95 SM2Y, which adds a strong Y-axis with a large stroke (300 mm travel) to one or both turrets, allowing for multi-sided milling and drilling. Further options include a full NC tailstock with an integrated quill for stable shaft machining and a Turret Steady Rest to support long, slender workpieces, guaranteeing the highest flexibility and precision.
