The MAXXTURN 95 is the ideal solution for manufacturers seeking economic, off-the-shelf, complete machining in a compact footprint. This CNC horizontal turning center is part of the MAXXTURN series and is equipped to efficiently produce complex turned and milled parts with outstanding precision and value. It boasts high thermostability for accurate machining during long cycles and features a very stable Y-axis that is directly integrated into the machine construction with a travel of +80/-60 mm.

Key performance features include a powerful main spindle with up to 42 kW drive power and a maximum bar diameter capacity of 95 mm. The machine is a true multi-tasking center, equipped with a 12-station VDI40 or BMT55P tool turret that supports 12 driven tools with a maximum speed of up to 12,000 rpm. This enables intricate milling and drilling operations alongside turning in a single setup. Control is managed by state-of-the-art technology from Siemens (840D sl) or Fanuc, which supports simple, dialog-supported programming.
