EMCO MECMILL is a horizontal floor-type boring mill designed as a universal milling machine with high dynamics and precision, utilizing milling heads equipped with torque motors. It features a 25° undercut on its fork-type milling heads with a high-speed spindle and employs direct drive technology on all mechanical milling heads, allowing for a wide range of applicable heads with high-speed spindles. The machine supports an automatic tool changer mounted on the column with up to 120 pockets or an automatic tower tool changer with up to 203 pockets, and its configuration can be tailored to specific customer requirements.
