This unit, designated as Item ADM2SD, is built around the robust Series 16A system, capable of handling a maximum capacity of 500 lbs (227 kg) of evenly distributed weight. By allowing operators to load and unload parts on a waiting pallet while the machine is actively cutting, it virtually eliminates spindle downtime associated with job changeovers.

The system includes two 28 inch by 15 inch (711 mm by 381 mm) end-load cast aluminum pallets, which are docked precisely onto the machine table via a pneumatic receiver that includes a vital air blast feature to ensure chip-free clamping and maximum repeatability. The End Load Shuttle unit comes standard with an integrated Automatic Door system and an indicator lamp, enhancing both safety and operational efficiency. Furthermore, this pallet changer system is engineered to be Robot-Cobot Ready with optional mounting kits, allowing for seamless integration into future automation strategies and paving the way for full lights-out manufacturing.
