The MIDACO Automatic Pallet Changer, Model ADT1SD, is a high-performance automation solution specifically engineered for the HAAS DT-1 Machining Center. This system is designed to allow the operator to load and unload parts on one pallet while the machine is actively cutting on the other pallet, virtually eliminating spindle downtime and resulting in significant productivity gains. The core components include a robust Series 16A Pneumatic Receiver featuring a vital air blast to ensure chips are removed for precise pallet seating and alignment.

The system is supplied standard with two 22 inch by 15 inch by 1 inch end load cast aluminum pallets, capable of handling a 500 lb (227 kg) evenly distributed load. A key feature is the Series 16 End Load Shuttle unit with an integrated Automatic Door and indicator lamp, simplifying operation and enhancing safety. By automating the pallet exchange process- manufacturers can achieve a higher level of unmanned operation.
