This robust system includes four 30 inch by 17 inch by 1.5 inch cast aluminum pallets designed for lightweight yet durable material handling. The core of the system is the Series 30A pneumatic receiver, which offers a standard $1000$ lb (454 kgs) capacity (upgradeable to 2000 lbs) and integrates an air blast for clean, precise pallet seating.

The dual pallet design utilizes an End Load Shuttle unit with an automatic door and indicator lamp, allowing the operator to safely set up the next job outside the machining center while the current part is being cut. By eliminating idle spindle time due to manual loading and unloading, the A3018SD dramatically increases machine utilization and output.
