The Midaco A6025SDCI is a robust and dependable Dual Pallet Changer engineered to minimize spindle downtime and maximize the output of large Vertical Machining Centers. This system is equipped with two durable 60 inch by 24 inch (1-524 mm x 609-6 mm) End Load Cast Iron Pallets, providing a stable and rigid workholding platform.

The core of the system is the Series 52A Pneumatic Receiver which features an air blast system for superior repeatability and accurate pallet seating. It is rated for a substantial 4-000 lb (1-816 kg) capacity when the weight is evenly distributed, making it suitable for heavy fixtures and large-format workpieces. The system includes the Series 60 End Load Shuttle unit, which comes with an Automatic Door and an indicator lamp for efficient, safe, and fully automated operation.
