This automatic pallet system includes four heavy-duty 60 inch by 29 inch by 1-5 inch (1-524 mm x 736-6 mm x 38-1 mm) end-load cast iron pallets that offer superior stability and vibration dampening for precision machining. The system features a Series 52A pneumatic receiver with a substantial 4-000 lb (1-816 kg) load capacity (weight evenly distributed) and an integrated air blast to ensure clean- repeatable pallet changes every time.

The system comes complete with a Series 60 End Load Shuttle unit and an Automatic Door for seamless integration with your Vertical Machining Center. While one pallet is inside the machine and in-cut, the operator can safely and efficiently set up the next job on the exterior pallet. This parallel operation capability is crucial for achieving high utilization and fast return on investment. The shuttle unit also includes an indicator lamp for clear operational status.
