This system significantly boosts machine utilization by enabling operators to set up the next job while the machine is running—eliminating downtime for part loading and unloading. The core of the system is the Series 52A pneumatic receiver, capable of handling a maximum load of 4000 lbs (1816 kg) when weight is evenly distributed, ensuring compatibility with large workpieces and heavy fixtures.

The package includes four 64 inch by 31 inch by 2 inch (1625-6 mm x 787 mm x 50-8 mm) cast aluminum pallets designed for rigidity and long life. Pallet exchange is fast and reliable, managed by a Series 60 End Load Shuttle unit which features an integrated Automatic Door for seamless and safe access to the machining center’s work envelope. The receiver also includes an air blast feature to ensure a clean, precise seat for the incoming pallet, maintaining high accuracy across every exchange.
