The MIDACO DUAL Automatic Pallet Changer system, model ADM2SD/16SDS, is engineered to transform the HAAS DM-2 vertical machining center into a high-output production workhorse. This complete automation solution is centered around its Dual End Load Shuttle unit which features an Automatic Door and indicator lamp for seamless pallet exchange. The system is built with a Series 16A Pneumatic Receiver that includes an integral air blast to ensure a chip-free and precise pallet clamping every cycle.

Included in the package are four 28 inch by 15 inch by 1-25 inch cast aluminum pallets capable of handling a maximum evenly distributed load of 500 lb (227 kg). By allowing operators to safely load and set up the next job outside the machine’s enclosure while a part is actively being cut, the DUAL Pallet Changer virtually eliminates setup time.
