The AS4525SD Automatic Pallet Changer is a high-capacity, end-load shuttle unit engineered to provide uninterrupted cutting time for vertical machining centers. This Series 36A Stretch Pallet System comes complete with all necessary components for enhanced productivity, including a pneumatic receiver with an air blast feature to ensure accurate pallet seating and chip removal.

The system is supplied with two lightweight, high-quality 45 inch by 24 inch by 2 inch (1-143 mm by 609-6 mm by 50-8 mm) cast aluminum pallets. Each pallet is rated for a substantial load capacity of 2-000 lbs (908 kg), provided the weight is evenly distributed. The Series S40 End Load Shuttle unit includes an essential Automatic Door and a visible indicator lamp for easy operation status at a glance.
