The AS4525SDCI is a robust, automatic pallet changer from the S50 SD “Stretch” Series, specifically configured with heavy-duty Cast Iron Pallets to ensure stability and precision during the machining of large or heavy components. This system is engineered to increase machine utilization by allowing operators to set up a new job on one pallet while the machine is actively cutting on the other, virtually eliminating spindle downtime for changeovers.

The included components feature two 45 inch by 24 inch by 1-5 inch (1-143 mm by 609-6 mm by 38-1 mm) End Load Cast Iron Pallets for superior vibration damping and rigidity. Pallet changes are handled by the reliable Series S40 End Load Shuttle, which features an Automatic Door for seamless integration with the Vertical Machining Center. Workpiece clamping is managed by the Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver, offering a substantial 2-000 lb (908 kg) capacity when the weight is evenly distributed, and includes an air blast system to ensure a clean, precise pallet seating every time.
