The complete package includes one Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver, engineered with an internal air blast system to ensure the mounting surface is kept clean and chip-free for precise pallet location. It comes standard with two durable 50 inch by 19 inch by 2 inch (1-270 mm by 482-6 mm by 50-8 mm) cast aluminum pallets, each capable of handling a 2-000 lbs (908 kgs) capacity when the weight is evenly distributed. The system features a Series S50 End Load Shuttle unit equipped with an automatic door and an indicator lamp, facilitating a fast and smooth pallet exchange. The AS5020SD is also compatible with Midaco’s “Robot Ready” components, allowing for future automation upgrades like cobot mounting kits for fully automated operation.
