The AS5020SDCI is a highly efficient Automatic “Stretch” Pallet Changer system engineered to maximize spindle uptime and increase overall output for your machining center. This system is part of the robust Series S50 line and is built for heavy-duty performance. It comes standard with two 50 inch by 19 inch by 1-5 inch (1-270 mm x 482-6 mm x 38-1 mm) cast iron pallets designed for strength and stability.

The pallet changer includes a Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver with a 2-000 lb (908 kg) capacity (with the weight evenly distributed) and a high-efficiency air blast feature to ensure a clean, precise lock-up every time. The Series S50 End Load Shuttle unit is equipped with a seamless Automatic Door and a clear indicator lamp, simplifying the operation and allowing operators to safely set up the next job while the machine is running.
