The A6440SD Single-Dual Pallet Changer with Aluminum Pallets is a robust and essential automation solution from Midaco- built to significantly increase spindle uptime on large Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and Bridge Mills. This system operates as an automatic Single-Dual Pallet System for efficient- high-capacity part handling. The core of the system is the Series 52A Pneumatic Receiver, capable of accurately handling an evenly distributed load of up to 4-000 lbs (1-816 kg).

The package includes two large 64 inch by 40 inch by 2 inch (1-625.6 mm x 1-016 mm x 50.8 mm) End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets, which are lightweight yet durable. A key feature is the Series 60 End Load Shuttle– which manages the rapid and smooth exchange of pallets. The system includes an Automatic Door and an indicator lamp for enhanced operator safety and cycle control.
