This system includes a Series 52A Pneumatic Receiver with an exceptional 4-000 lb (1-816 kg) load capacity (when evenly distributed), complete with a crucial air blast feature to ensure precise seating and high repeatability of the pallet. The setup comes standard with two 60 inch by 25 inch by 2 inch (1-524 mm x 635 mm x 50-8 mm) End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets. The central component is the Series 60 End Load Shuttle unit which utilizes Y-Axis Shift technology. This unique shifting function allows the pallet to move out of the machine’s work zone in the Y-axis direction, providing a major advantage for large-frame machines by preventing interference with machine components like tool magazines or columns.
