Classified as a Manual Pallet System, it is built to allow operators to quickly and easily swap workpieces, transforming machine loading time into productive machining time. This system includes the Series 30FL Pneumatic Receiver which securely locks the pallet into the machine, and a corresponding Series 30 Front Load Shuttle Unit for smooth pallet transfer.

The M3018FL is supplied with two cast aluminum pallets measuring 30 inches by 18 inches by 1-5 inches, offering a substantial work surface and supporting a standard distributed load capacity of 1-000 lbs (454 kg). For heavier applications, an optional 2-000 lb (908 kg) capacity upgrade is available.
