The M4025FL Pallet Changer with Aluminum Pallets is a key component for maximizing the efficiency and uptime of your Vertical Machining Center. This system is part of the 40FL Series and is specifically configured for front-loading installation, providing convenient access for the operator. The core system includes a Series 30FL Pneumatic Receiver with a robust 1-000 lb (454 kg) capacity, ensuring stable and secure clamping of heavy workpieces. An optional 2-000 lb (908 kg) receiver upgrade is also available for extremely heavy-duty applications.

The system comes complete with two 40 inch by 25 inch by 1-5 inch (1-016 mm by 635 mm by 38-1 mm) cast aluminum pallets. While one pallet is inside the machine for cutting, the second pallet remains accessible at the front shuttle unit for simultaneous load-unload and setup. This quick change capability virtually eliminates spindle downtime associated with job changes and improves your overall throughput. It also includes a crucial Pallet Clamp Confirmation Switch for safety and operational confirmation. Note that depending on the machine tool’s front obstructions, a Pallet Transfer Bridge may be required, which will be determined upon machine evaluation.
