The A3016SDR4 Pallet Pool is a high-efficiency automation solution from Midaco, engineered to drastically minimize machine downtime and maximize your Vertical Machining Center’s productivity. This system converts a single-pallet machine into an Automatic 4-Pallet Pool, allowing for continuous, unattended operation. Operators can safely access the external loading station to set up the next job on an idle pallet while the machine is actively cutting, thereby achieving near 100 percent spindle utilization.

This pallet pool is built around the Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver, which boasts a substantial 1-000 lb (454 kg) load capacity (weight evenly distributed), and includes four high-quality cast aluminum pallets, each measuring 30 inches by 15-5 inches. The Series 30R End Load Shuttle unit manages the seamless exchange of pallets. For safety and ease of use, it is equipped with an Automatic Door and shuttle guarding provided by a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors. The entire system is fully integrated with the Vertical Machining Center via M-codes for straightforward CNC control and automated operation.
