The A3018SDR4 Pallet Pool is a premier automation solution from Midaco, engineered to drastically reduce machine downtime and increase overall production output for Vertical Machining Centers. This system provides a generous 4-pallet capacity, allowing operators to set up three separate jobs outside the machine enclosure while one job is actively being machined.

The system features an End Load Shuttle unit (Series 30R) with a pneumatic receiver (Series 30A) capable of handling up to 1000 lbs (454 kg) of evenly distributed weight. Included are four 30-inch by 17-inch by 1-5-inch cast aluminum pallets, which are lightweight and durable for quick setup and changeover. For safety and compliance, the shuttle unit includes an automatic door and robust shuttle guarding via a three-sided light emitter, mirrors, and sensors. The entire system is controlled and fully integrated with your VMC through simple M-codes, making automated pallet changes fast, reliable, and seamless.
