The system features a Series 30R End Load Shuttle unit with an Automatic Door and comprehensive shuttle guarding via a three-sided light curtain system for operator safety. Pallet exchange is fast and reliable, handled by a Series 30A pneumatic receiver with a substantial 1-000 lb (454 kg) capacity when weight is evenly distributed. All functions of the pallet pool—including pallet exchange and door operation—are fully integrated with the VMC via M-codes, ensuring smooth communication and automated workflow.
