The MIDACO A4020SDR4CI Pallet Pool is a robust and automatic material handling solution specifically engineered to optimize the performance of Vertical Machining Centers in the Continental United States. This system dramatically increases machine uptime and throughput by facilitating quick, automated pallet changes, allowing operators to stage new jobs while the machine is actively cutting. The heart of the system is the Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver, capable of handling a 1,000-lb maximum weight evenly distributed on the pallet, with an optional 2,000-lb capacity available for heavier parts. It comes complete with four heavy-duty 40-inch by 19-inch Cast Iron Pallets designed for end loading into the machine. Operation is simplified by the Series 40R End Load Shuttle unit, which includes an Automatic Door for seamless part transfer and enhanced operator safety via its light emitter, mirrors, and sensor guarding.
