The MIDACO A4025SDR4 Pallet Pool is a high-efficiency automation solution for manufacturers looking to significantly increase the output of their Vertical Machining Centers. This comprehensive system is built for continuous, non-stop machining by eliminating the time lost to manual loading and unloading of parts. The core components include a robust Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver—capable of handling up to 1-000 lbs (454 kg) of evenly distributed weight—and a set of four large 40-inch by 24-inch (1060 mm by 609-6 mm) end-load cast aluminum pallets.

The system utilizes a Series 40R End Load Shuttle unit, which handles the rapid and precise exchange of pallets between the loading station and the VMC work zone. Safety is ensured by an Automatic Door and comprehensive shuttle guarding via light emitter, mirrors, and sensors (newer models feature a 3-sided light curtain). The entire unit is controlled seamlessly via M-codes, as the control panel is fully integrated with the VMC.
