The Midaco AS5025SDR4CI Pallet Pool is a high-efficiency automation solution built for Vertical Machining Centers. This complete system includes four durable 50-inch by 24-inch by 1-5 inch Cast Iron Pallets, which are securely handled by a Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver capable of managing a workload of up to 2-000 lbs (908 kg). The heart of the system is the Series S50R End Load Shuttle unit, which features an Automatic Door and shuttle guarding via a sophisticated light emitter and sensor system for maximum safety. By fully integrating with the VMC’s controls via M-codes, the AS5025SDR4CI allows operators to load and unload parts onto three external pallets while the fourth is actively being machined. This feature virtually eliminates spindle downtime and is a proven method for boosting production and maximizing machine utilization in demanding manufacturing environments.
