The core system includes a heavy-duty pneumatic receiver with a standard capacity of 1-000 lbs (454 kgs), ensuring secure and accurate positioning of the pallet inside the machining center. The system comes equipped with two durable 30 inch by 15.5 inch cast iron pallets, built for precision and stability, which are ideal for workpieces requiring rigidity.

A key feature is the integrated Light Curtain, which provides a protective, three-sided barrier around the shuttle unit. This, along with the automatic door and sensors, ensures enhanced operator safety while allowing simultaneous loading or unloading of a finished part outside the machine enclosure during a machining cycle.
