The Midaco A4025SDCELC Pallet Changer is a robust and essential automation upgrade for Vertical Machining Centers, specifically designed to reduce machine downtime and significantly boost production output. This system allows operators to safely set up the next job outside the machine enclosure while the current one is being processed, ensuring near-continuous spindle operation.

The core of the system is the Series 30A pneumatic receiver, which offers a standard 1-000 lb (454 kg) load capacity (with a 2-000 lb option available) and incorporates an air blast feature to ensure debris-free seating of the pallets for superior accuracy. It is supplied with two cast aluminum pallets, each measuring 40 inches by 24 inches (1-016 mm by 609-6 mm). The Series 40 End Load Shuttle unit manages the change process and includes an Automatic Door. A key feature of the A4025SDCELC is its advanced safety integration: it comes standard with the CE safety package, featuring a light curtain assembly with emitter, mirrors, and sensors for non-contact, three-sided shuttle guarding, ensuring maximum operator safety during the pallet exchange cycle.
