The A6025SDCELC is a robust Automatic Dual Pallet System from Midaco, specifically configured with a Light Curtain CE safety Package for international export. This system dramatically increases productivity on your Vertical Machining Center by allowing an operator to load or unload a pallet outside the machine while the other pallet is in the cut—virtually eliminating spindle downtime.

The package includes the Series 52A Pneumatic Receiver, offering a reliable 4-000 lb (1-816 kg) capacity with weight evenly distributed, and features an integrated air blast to ensure the receiver and pallets are free of chips for maximum accuracy. The system comes complete with two 60 inch by 24 inch by 2 inch (1-524 mm by 609-6 mm by 50-8 mm) End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets. The Series 60 End Load Shuttle unit is fully enclosed by a three-sided shuttle guarding system utilizing a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors, in addition to an Automatic Door for enhanced safety and seamless operation.
