This model is specially configured with a CE safety package and is designated For International Export Only. The system is built around a robust Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver which offers an impressive 2-000 lb (908 kg) capacity (when weight is evenly distributed) and includes an integrated air blast for chip removal and secure pallet seating.

The system includes two durable 45 inch by 24 inch by 2 inch (1-143 mm by 609-6 mm by 50-8 mm) End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets. The core of the system is the Series S40 End Load Shuttle unit, which features an Automatic Door for seamless part transfer. For operator protection, the shuttle unit is equipped with three-sided shuttle guarding utilizing a sophisticated safety mechanism: a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors create a protective light curtain, which immediately halts the system upon breach, ensuring compliance with stringent CE safety standards. This pallet changer allows operators to load parts on an external pallet while the machine is running, minimizing downtime and maximizing spindle utilization.
