The AS5020SDCECILC is Midaco’s Automatic “Stretch” Pallet System, specifically configured for International Export Only and featuring a complete CE Safety Package centered around an advanced safety light curtain. This system is engineered to boost productivity by allowing operators to set up a new job on the second pallet while the first pallet is in the machine cutting parts, virtually eliminating spindle downtime and improving machine utilization.
The system includes a Series S50 End Load Shuttle unit with an Automatic Door and a pneumatic Series 36A receiver, which features an air blast for precision cleaning before pallet transfer. It comes standard with two 50 inch by 19 inch by 1-5 inch (1-270 mm by 482-6 mm by 38-1 mm) end-load cast iron pallets, designed for superior rigidity and stability when machining heavy workpieces up to 2-000 lbs (908 kg), when the weight is evenly distributed. The Light Curtain provides three-sided shuttle guarding via a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors, ensuring operator safety while maintaining smooth, fast operation.
