The AS5020SDCELC is a state-of-the-art Automatic Pallet System from MIDACO, engineered to maximize the uptime and flexibility of your Vertical Machining Center. This “Stretch” model features an extended shuttle and two 50 inch by 19 inch (1-270 mm x 482-6 mm) cast aluminum pallets, each designed to handle a capacity of up to 2-000 lbs (908 kg) when weight is evenly distributed.

The system is equipped with the Series 36A Pneumatic Receiver, which includes an air blast function for reliable and precise pallet seating. It operates using an End Load Shuttle unit with an Automatic Door for seamless integration and reduced human intervention. Crucially, this model comes with a CE safety Light Curtain package, which uses a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors to provide three-sided shuttle guarding—a necessary feature for International Export. By allowing the operator to set up the next job outside the machining center while a part is being cut, the AS5020SDCELC effectively converts non-cutting time into production time, dramatically improving overall output.
