The AS5025SDCECILC is a high-capacity, Automatic Pallet Changer system from MIDACO, specifically configured with a CE safety package and Light Curtain for international export applications. This system is engineered to maximize a Vertical Machining Center’s spindle up-time by allowing operators to safely set up a new part on one pallet while the machine is actively cutting on the other.

The system features an S50 End Load Shuttle unit with an Automatic Door and three-sided shuttle guarding secured by a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors, meeting stringent CE safety standards. The setup includes two heavy-duty 50 inch by 24 inch by 1-5 inch (1-270 mm by 609-6 mm by 38-1 mm) End Load Cast Iron Pallets and a Series 36A 2-000 lb (908 kg) capacity pneumatic receiver with an air blast feature to ensure precision seating of the pallet inside the machine.
