The AS5025SDCELC Pallet Changer is a high-efficiency automatic pallet system from Midaco, specifically configured for international export and compliance with CE safety standards. This “Stretch” Pallet Changer is designed to integrate seamlessly with Vertical Machining Centers, effectively transforming manual operations into automated production centers by enabling operators to load and unload parts on an external pallet while the machine continues its cutting cycle. The system features a heavy-duty pneumatic receiver with a capacity of 2-000 lbs (908 kg) (evenly distributed weight) and an integrated air blast for chip removal and secure pallet seating.
