This comprehensive 4-pallet system virtually eliminates spindle downtime by enabling simultaneous loading and machining—the operator can set up new jobs or unload finished parts on the external pallets while a different part is being machined inside the enclosure.

The system includes four 30 inch by 19 inch by 1.5 inch End Load Cast Aluminum Pallets, each capable of handling a workload up to 1-000 lbs (454 kg) when weight is evenly distributed. Core components feature a Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver for secure pallet clamping and a Series 30R End Load Shuttle unit. Safety is paramount, with the shuttle unit featuring an Automatic Door and shuttle guarding achieved via a three-sided light curtain system of light emitters, mirrors, and sensors. The entire pallet pool is controlled by a panel fully integrated with the VMC via M-codes, ensuring seamless and automated operation for enhanced throughput and efficiency.
