The Midaco A3020SDR4CICELC Pallet Pool is a highly efficient automation system specifically designed to maximize spindle uptime and throughput on Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). This unit is specially designated as CE certified and intended for International Export outside of the Continental United States. The system includes four 30 inch by 19 inch by 1-25 inch cast iron pallets, which are end-loaded and capable of handling a maximum evenly distributed load of 1-000 lbs (454 kg) per pallet.

The core of the system is the Series 30R End Load Shuttle unit and the Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver. The shuttle unit is equipped with an Automatic Door and enhanced safety guarding via a light emitter, mirrors, and sensors. The entire pallet pool is controlled by a panel that is fully integrated with the VMC using simple M-codes, allowing for seamless automation of the pallet exchange cycle. By enabling continuous setup and loading of parts outside of the machine while another part is being machined, the A3020SDR4CICELC effectively transforms a standard VMC into a production center, substantially reducing idle time and increasing profitability.
