The unit includes four durable, end-load cast aluminum pallets that measure 40 inches by 19 inches by 1.5 inches. It is equipped with a Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver, which has a standard 1-000 lb (454 kg) capacity for evenly distributed weight. Pallet exchange is handled by the Series 40R End Load Shuttle unit, which features an Automatic Door and modern shuttle guarding via a light emitter and sensors for enhanced operator safety. The Pallet Pool’s operation is completely integrated, with its control panel linking to your VMC via M-codes to provide a seamless, automated workflow suitable for lights-out machining operations.
