The Midaco A4025SDR4CICELC is a robust, high-efficiency Automatic CE 4-Pallet Pool System engineered to provide continuous, unattended machining for large components on Vertical Machining Centers. This configuration is specifically built and certified for International Export Outside of the Continental United States. The system includes four 40 inch by 24 inch by 1-5 inch cast iron pallets and a Series 30A Pneumatic Receiver with a standard 1-000 lb (454 kg) weight capacity (evenly distributed) per pallet. This heavy-duty capacity ensures stability for demanding workpieces.

The Pallet Pool dramatically boosts productivity by allowing operators to load and unload three pallets in the external shuttle unit while the fourth pallet remains in the machine’s work envelope. Pallet exchange is fast and reliable via the Series 40R End Load Shuttle, which is guarded by a modern light emitter, mirrors, and sensors to form a safety light curtain, replacing older panel designs. Operation is simplified through a control panel that is fully integrated with the VMC via M-codes, and includes an Automatic Door for smooth entry and exit of pallets from the machining center.
