This package modifies new or existing A30SD systems to seamlessly integrate with a separate robotic arm. The core of this solution is the customized control panel modification, which is necessary for connecting and accommodating the robot or cobot arm. For maximum safety, the package includes the A30SDLC Light Curtain Package. This system provides 3-sided perimeter guarding around the pallet shuttle using a combination of light emitters, mirrors, and sensors. This invisible safety field ensures that a pallet change will not occur if the light beams are breached, protecting personnel and machinery during robotic cycles. This critical safety feature is key to achieving a streamlined- automated workflow. For maximum productivity, this mount is compatible with the optional Hydraulic Docking System to allow automated fixture clamping for hours of continuous unattended machining.
